What you can report

• a suspicious or misleading listing;
• a counterfeit or potentially stolen dress;
• an intellectual-property or privacy concern;
• harassment or misuse of the platform; or
• a technical problem with a listing, payment or enquiry.

Please include the listing link or submission reference and a concise description of the issue. Do not email passwords, verification codes, full card details or unnecessary identity documents.

Private sale issues

Adored Again can review reports about misuse of the platform, but it is not a party to transactions and does not determine or enforce private sale outcomes. Buyers and sellers are responsible for resolving payment, delivery, return and refund matters directly, subject to any rights they may have under New Zealand law.

If you suspect fraud, contact your bank or payment provider and New Zealand Police where appropriate. Call 111 if anyone is in immediate danger.
